I was really hoping I didnt have to post a negative review, but after receiving the last email from Chevon F. from Wayfair, telling me I need to file a police report for my missing cabinet or nothing can be done has resulted in a negative review. I ordered this item 12162024, finally received it 123124, delivered by Waylander, who I would never recommend, they delivered a palette with one little box wrapped to it. When I opened it, all that was on it was A DOOR, the cabinet door. Nothing else. I immediately called and spoke to customer service on 142025, she said they are putting in for a replacement item, no problem, then received an email stating my replacement order has been canceled. At this point I just want it all canceled and my 202.09 credited back. Was told no problem. Email today from Chevon F. Wayfair saying nothing can be done until I get a police report. Problem is, I was here, I got the package, only a DOOR!! My cabinet is either with Wayfair or Waylander. At this point, I would not recommend ordering anything from Wayfair. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them, but to put through this run around is not worth it. In total I have spoken to 3 customer service reps, all telling me no problem. I was skeptical at first because it came in a box showing a different picture. After contacting Wayfair customer service, we opened it and it was the right one. Assemby was a bit challenging because there were no instructions and different angles, but with 2 people, we figured it out. So glad I went with this style versus the other corner cabinet where all the food at the back gets lost and ends up getting tossed when I finally clean it out. Very happy with the end result.. This is a very nice cabinet. Assembly is the cam and lock style which is very common for furniture. If you've done that before, assembly is easy. If you haven't, just go slow and follow the directions. They are pretty self-explanatory. Assembly can be done by one person, but there are a couple steps where it would be helpful to have a second set of hands.
