The Naturals® baker's half sheet with lid is a need in any chef's kitchen. Baking professionals know that the secret to evenly baked and perfectly browned food is to cook it on aluminum bakeware. Aluminum is widely known for its excellent heat conductivity and cooks more evenly and thoroughly than other metals. It comes with a convenient lid for transporting and storing your baked goods.

Bake, roast, and fry to perfection with Viking nonstick baking sheet. These heavy gauge baking sheets are made of commercial-grade aluminized steel to heat quickly and evenly while the double-layer nonstick coating ensures easy release and quick cleanup. This unique construction provides the strength and durability of baking with steel with the added conductivity of aluminum for exceptional heat distribution. Each sheet is reinforced with a solid steel frame around the entire outer edge of the pan. The steel frame gives each baking sheet stability, making it easy to take in and out of the oven while preventing warping. The aluminized steel construction distributes the heat evenly throughout the entire pan for more even cooking. The high walls of the baking sheet wrap around the steel frame and are designed to help keep juices and liquids in place when roasting. The nonstick coating is applied to both the interior and exterior of each sheet for easier cleanup as it prevents food from sticking to your pan. The Viking cookie and baking sheets are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand washing whenever possible to extend the life and performance of the nonstick coating. You can also extend the life of the nonstick coating and prevent chips or scratches by using wood, nylon, or silicone utensils. Metal utensils and abrasive scouring pads may scratch the surface but will not affect baking performance. The baking sheets are oven safe to 475°F (246°C) and are perfect for baking cookies and pastries, pizzas, roasting proteins, veggies, frying eggs or fries, and so much more. Whether you are baking cookies or roasting a chicken, these baking sheets will give you the same tools in your home that professional chefs use every day.

These work very well. Sizes are perfect for many uses.. Molly. Creve Coeur, MO. Thu Oct 15 2026

Love this two pack cookie sheets set!! They are just the right size, not to big or to little. I have cooked a little of everything in them not just cookies. They easily clean up as well. Very sturdy!!!. Jodie. Hartsville, TN. Sun Sep 06 2026

There's a lot to love about these pans. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their weight. I wasn't sure how I would like the patterns on the bottom, but so far nothing has gotten stuck or burned, and it seems to help with airflow under the item you're baking.. B.c.. UT. Sun Sep 06 2026

Nordic Ware Naturals pans are made of pure uncoated aluminum which conducts heat rapidly and evenly for beautifully browned foods no matter what’s on the menu. Uncoated aluminum is free of chemicals and PFAS coatings for healthy baking and is safe for use under the broiler. Bake large batches of cookies, sheet cakes, and bars, or roast delicious savory foods like sheet pan meals, vegetables, and meats.
