This glass dome is much nicer than I expected. Glass is not too thin and fragile. The size is perfect for larger Christmas ornament that I plan to use for display. This cloche is quite large and clear, despite looking gray in the picture. It was packaged very well and came perfectly in tact. That being said, it came with a black mark in the glass and the knob at the top is not straight. Maybe I got a bad one or maybe you get what you pay for.
