This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. I have two of these in the living room. Very pleased with product. Contractor says easy installation. Used led candelabra lights and the glass bulbs are a screw on that need to be removed carefully to not let them fall. Very nice lamp! Even better than I envisioned. When you receive the lamp it comes apart, not too difficult the put the pieces together. When tying the wire Simply inside the lamp be sure to have them all touching the main wire to assure the lampshade have the light up with the same brightness.
