Elle Youngstrom was born in San Diego, CA. Elle is self-taught and while she does not have any formal training, her grandfather was a great influence in her artistic career. Watercolor is her first love, but she also works with other textures and mediums. Elle utilizes her art creation as a way to express and communicate her feelings. Although she did not grow up with much, her family always encouraged and supported her to follow her dream to be an artist. Growing up, Artist Helen Parker loved to paint. Her favorite childhood memory is painting with her mother. This lead Helen on a path to the world of art.
