I am giving this five stars but read more for a very honest review. First off, this is a great product for the price. I compared so many playhouses trying to find something large enough for my big 4-year-old, and open enough to not get stuffy in our very humid hot summer climate, but at a lower price point because kids are expensive! This checks all of those boxes. I only found a couple others that were as tall, and none with the overall square footage at such a low cost. It took me—a single mom stopping for many snack breaks and with occasional “helpers” and then a couple of “squatters”mid build, a total of 5 hours to build. Please note you get what you paid for. I did have to drill a couple holes they missed in the pre-drill, and a few things did not line up perfectly. Some of the hardwareattachment systems were laughable, but I trudged through and in the end it appears sturdy enough. The fence is completely worthless unless you use your own hardware, but with the tiny screws for it, my little 1-year-old daughter pulled it both off the house, and apart two minutes after I built it. But who needs the little fence anyway! It was the least necessary part! You will need a drill for missing holes and to make construction fast and manageable. It does not come with any wrenches etc. in the kit. Overall it is so cute, and we are very pleased. I would absolutely purchase it again. Now to get back to my plastic hot dogs, but not until I wash my hand in the sink (also the toys that come along are silly and will likely frustrate your small humans like they have mine) but we are keeping it together and having fun!. Lisa. Mon Jun 08 2026

Cute play house, quality is fine, build was simple enough but it doesn’t seem as sturdy and I think it should be, kids climbed all over it, I’m not sure how long it will last without reinforcements. Brittany. Thu Jun 11 2026

With its storybook-inspired cottage look, this playhouse gives children more space to move, imagine, and share playtime with friends. The pretend kitchen, side bench, chalkboard, wooden mailbox, flower boxes, Dutch door, rear entry door, and pet door create a rich role-play experience. Kids can draw messages, check the mailbox, serve pretend meals, sit with friends, or turn the playhouse into a little café, clubhouse, cottage, or make-believe shop. Details like the operable window, skylight, pet door, and bench help make the play experience more interactive and engaging for kids ages 3-8. Made with wood construction and a water-based paint finish, the playhouse includes pre-cut panels, pre-drilled holes, and instructions for guided adult assembly. It works well as a birthday gift idea, holiday play setup, or everyday outdoor pretend play spot for children and family time.

there was no internal flooring so if you’re looking for a playhouse with flooring, you’re not gonna get it here. Otherwise, everything else is good. Love all the colors and the double doors are amazing. We are going to make her a small patio by the double doors.. Michele Landers. Lubbock. Sun Aug 02 2026

Create a fun and interactive backyard play space with this kids wooden playhouse featuring a built-in outdoor kitchen and cooking accessories. Made from durable wood and plastic components, this playhouse combines imaginative role play with hands-on activities like grilling, baking, and serving food. Complete with a pizza oven, BBQ grill, cookware, and realistic food toys, children can enjoy endless pretend play with friends. Designed for outdoor use, it offers a cozy house structure with a side kitchen station, encouraging creativity, social interaction, and active play in a safe and engaging environment.

We are so happy with this playhouse! Our daughter is 2 (almost 2.5) and has been absolutely obsessed with it since the day we set it up. The pizza oven and grill are such cute features and honestly what sold us — she loves “cooking” for everyone and serving little pizzas all day long. The working doorbell was also such a fun surprise and adds a really interactive touch that keeps her entertained. There are so many little details that make it feel extra special without being overwhelming. It took a few hours to setup but was overall fairly easy. The size is great too — big enough for imaginative play without taking over the whole yard. It feels sturdy, looks adorable, and has already become the main event every time we go outside. Definitely one of the better outdoor play purchases we’ve made.. Amanda. Mon May 18 2026
