This product was packaged with care and came completely intact. I loved how the gray wicker was wrapped around the metal. Nice and tight. The product looked just like the photo. I was really hesitant to order from Wayfair due to so many negative comments made about the products. Either the cushion would either be too thin or the product would come damaged, but THIS! item is amazing. The gray cushion that I ordered was a light gray and it came just as the cushion looks in the photo and the thickness definitely a 5 star. The cushion thickness is 7.8 in thick and when you sit on it YOU CANNOT FEEL THE FRAME! So worth the buy. However, the instructions are a bit tricky if you don't know how to put together based on a diagram, but with patients I alone was able to put together myself. However, my son helped me attach the base to the frame. It swivels with ease. I have included photos for your review of this item that way it leaves nothing to surprise when you buy this item. This rocking chair is very oversized and has a really nice, fluffy cushion. The assembly directions weren’t as clear as some of the other Wayfair items I’ve purchased, and the bolts weren’t labeled. The pictures of the bolts also didn’t match the actual ones, which made assembly a little confusing. That being said, the chair is surprisingly comfortable! My only complaint is that the cushion makes the chair pretty hot, so if you tend to get warm easily, you may want to consider something else. This chair was not hard to put together but it wasn’t easy either. It took two of us because the way it was constructed, one person had to hold the pieces while the other put the screws in or else the pieces wouldn’t line up right for the screws to go in all the way. Once we got them together, I really liked how they looked and fit in our space. They are comfortable however, you can definitely feel the braces underneath. I plan on getting a memory foam pad to cut to size and put under the cushion in hopes I can’t feel them as much. The image also makes it seem like you sit up more than you actually do. When leaning back against the cushion, you are semi-lying down. We needed to put a firm pillow behind our back to be in a more upright, sitting position. These chairs are awesome! The furry seat cover is fabulous! They fold up very quickly and easily, and are slim enough to fit into a tight spot to store. We used to have a queen bed in our small guest room, but bought this cabinet bed (from Wayfair) which opened up the room to have these two chairs in it!
