[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a friend of an LG employee, and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. This refrigerator is excellent! It looks great, and has a very well designed door handle. It is extremely quiet, you won’t hear it at all. The top section shelf layout is also very well designed. The door has deep shelves, the inside has glass shelves and there are three separate pull-out drawers. Everything in the entire refrigerator is well lit, easily seen and easily accessible so nothing will get lost to spoil. The bottom freezer section is very big, you could easily get a full frozen turkey in there. There’s a separate sliding drawer in the freezer for smaller items and the ice maker tray which is very well sized. The temperature controls are right inside the top door, are readily accessible and allow you to set the coldness level to exactly what you want. This refrigerator is big so very carefully measure the width and height of where you’re planning it to go and the doorway widths of the path to get it into your house when it’s delivered, especially if you live in an older house with lower cabinets or smaller doorways. This refrigerator is awesome. I love the middle drawer which is perfect for snacks and beverages. I also love the quick access outer door making it easy to retrieve juices, milk and creamer without opening the entire refrigerator. The freezer is large and I can easily see everything I have instead of having to move everything around to find what I need. The best feature is the scanning capabilities, allowing me to scan any product I need making my grocery list a breeze. The list transfers to my app on my phone. No more forgetting or buying double. I would have given it a 5 Star, but there are two things it is lacking. First is the ice maker. I use a lot of ice and this ice maker can keep up with everyday use, however, it is not enough for parties. Also the ice/water dispenser plate at the bottom of the refrigerator should have never passed quality control. The stamping were double stamped, leaving indentations which will eventually lead to possible rust and just looks terrible. I need to contact GE for a replacement part. Overall I do love it!. So, the sink is beautiful and I love the offset drain and the work station features (extra cost but you can have a cutting board, colander, drying board and soaking bowl). However, two separate sinks were delivered with cracks in the corner. One was substantial, and I returned it to Wayfair w/o issue. The second was a small hairline crack that was just forming, and I exchanged it under warranty with Kohler. I got a 3rd sink with no issues, but now I'm scared cracks might develop down the road. Unfortunately the counter was already templated to this sink (which btw you must use the template to make sure the edges are exposed for the accessories), so I just have my fingers crossed. Oven was received and had damaged edges that were broken, I contacted the help desk and was told to contact GE , the oven was ordered from Wayfair and payment was made to Wayfair not GE.
