We had a little trouble with the machine after about 3 months or so. We submitted an online warranty claim and it went super quick. Was so easy to send in-(keep the box!) we didn’t but bought a box and bubble wrap. Repair was QUICK. Still wasn’t working right so it was again super quick to send it in and get it back. I’m really happy with this espresso machine! I’ve been using it at home and honestly love it. It’s simple to use, heats up pretty quickly, and the coffee comes out really good with a nice crema on top. I also love the steam wand because I can froth my milk and make lattes at home. It took me a little practice to get the hang of it, but once I did, it was pretty easy. Another plus is how nice it looks on my counter. It has a clean, modern look without being too big or taking up a ton of space. It also feels sturdy and well made. So far, I have no complaints. I actually look forward to making my coffee in the morning now instead of buying it out.
