This lamp looks great in person and has a really modern, interesting shape. It was very easy to assemble, arrived well packaged, and the light works well. I also really like the foot switch. It’s fairly lightweight and you can tell the shade is plastic when you handle it, so it doesn’t feel especially heavy or high-end, but visually it looks much nicer than it feels. It can also be a little wobbly if the pieces aren’t screwed together tightly, but once everything is properly tightened it feels stable. Personally I definitely feel this lamp was absolutely overpriced for the quality. It is on the lighter side, though it’s still stable enough/fine, the base could be dented/disfigured if you squeezed hard, and the gold looks somewhat cheap. However, having said that I also overall love the way it looks and I’m super happy it’s mine, the Burgundy color is rich and pretty - feminine and moody.
