5 stars for value. Pretty happy overall with this purchase. Decent size sectional with fun bonus features make this a good family room couch. Definitely a great budget option, I will say if you are looking for a premium piece of furniture this definitely isn’t top of the line in craftsmanship in regards to cushion comfort, durability and fabric (which color appears much lighter gray than I hoped for in person) but at this price point I’m pleased. It seems sturdy enough and a great option for a secondary living space or apartment. It also comes in pieces to be assembled which was great to ensure we could avoid trying to get a large piece of furniture around some tight turns to get to the room we wanted it in. I was able to assemble this on my own just needed help getting the 2 large bases into our family room. Extra tip, just open the boxes from where they are delivered and remove each piece separately instead of trying to haul the massive boxes around, this made it much easier to manage!. Mia. Michigan. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater. Now to find a a little table lol best of luck, God bless. Kw. Sun Aug 02 2026

The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable. I wish the back cushions came with velcro on the back of them like the seat cushions do to help them stay in place better. All in all a very nice sectional. Andrea. Harrisburg, PA. Thu Jul 23 2026

So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. Lovely piece of furniture, it won't take its fluffed shape until a week after you open it. The color and fabric and very nice and the installation is easy. The couch is a little on the firm side, but I hope this will make it last longer and it doesn't sag. I only wish the corner pillows were the same size, as one of them is smaller and looks odd. The picture is 4 days after I received it, and the pillows weren't yet fully fluffed. Overall, it is a good deal.. Pauline. Bethlehem, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026
