Overall, it’s a very nice retro style clockradioalarm. The speaker sounds decent enough for what it is and connectivity to Bluetooth is easy and seamless. Once set, time stays accurate, and while it doesn’t specifically state, it seems to have some sort of battery back-up as time stayed accurate during a power outage. Only knock is that the radio tuning is not selectable to a specific frequency- it runs a scan at 1st use and then you scroll through a memory of “found” stations to tune in. If you place it in a spot with bad reception, you have to move it, plug it back in, and scan all over again. It's the perfect, unique and clever home accessory, especially if you don't like a bright light shining in your bedroom at night. But if you need to check the time, you can just click your fingers or gently tap your bedside table and the time will appear, so you don't have to struggle to find your smartphone in the darkness anymore.

The clock works just as the listing says it should. It is nice and compact (2 1/2" square, as described), well-assembled (no gaps in the seams), the low-luminescence setting is good and the back is not visually distracting (as was the case with similar products). One note for potential buyers: the front, top and sides of the "black" clock are actually wood-grained charcoal grey plastic. Only the back is black. I will keep it because the clock's size, design and functionality were my priorities. I purchased this primarily because I loved the vintage aesthetic, and it definitely delivers. It looks fantastic in my living room and is just the right size—not too bulky, but substantial enough to make a statement. One of my favorite features is that the turntable is hidden beneath the top, and you can completely close the lid while playing an LP. That gives it a much cleaner look than many decorative record players I’ve owned in the past. The built-in CD player is also a nice bonus and works very well. Like many all-in-one decorative record players, the built-in speakers leave something to be desired. The sound is perfectly acceptable for casual listening, but it’s not going to satisfy anyone looking for high-fidelity audio. Fortunately, it has outputs that allow me to connect my own powered speakers, and that makes a huge difference in sound quality. Overall, if you’re looking for a stylish, compact record player with multiple playback options and you’re willing to use external speakers for the best sound, I think this is an excellent value..
