I had a ge microwave already. This was basically the newest version. Be careful. The mount bracket is a little different and the top screws are in a different spot. It came with nice paper templates that showed you exactly where to mount and drill. Me and a friend installed it in 45 minutes. Works great. No fluff solid ge appliance. I’m happy. James. I've had my new microwave for three weeks. So far I love it. Easy to use. Food is heated as I needed. Used the potato button yesterday and it was great. This is my second GE microwave. My first just died one day after 14 years. My appliance company recommended this model and it was on sale, so even better. I recommend dealing with a local appliance store as they kept records my previous purchases and knew what would fit in my kitchen. Their prices were better than the big box stores. I've been doing business with the same local store for 40 years and they have been great. They service their products too.. Samcat33. Chelmsford, MA. Tue Jun 16 2026

This large capacity microwave gives you all the space you need to cook and reheat your favorites.

Excellent product. Good installation experience. Great price! The only thing I would have changed is the dial for a more digital display. Otherwise, good buy!. Cathy. US. Wed Nov 12 2025

Free up space above your cooktop with the new, beautifully designed smart slim microwave. This combination microwave with a ventilation hood fits into the same space as an under-the-cabinet hood, but despite its slim size, it has a 1.1 cu. ft. capacity. The slim microwave packs in the powerful performance you need with all the technology that you love in a slim, space-efficient size.

We are extremely happy with our latest kitchen addition with our new GE Profile Over-The-Range Microwave that replaced our old & battle tested GE Microwave. The door feels very solid and the installation of the unit was quick and easy, also feeling very solid with zero "wiggle" when opening. Capacity is excellent and honestly the biggest challenge, through no fault of GE, is getting used to the new controls and options that are available with this updated Microwave. Like anything it takes a little getting used to as we had our previous one for 5+ years (inherited when we bought the house). The venting of the unit is excellent and the overall heating is uniform and efficient.. Lee Albertson. Toms River, NJ. Fri Aug 28 2026

So far this has been a great microwave. The installers were great, the features are nice. The only thing I would add is that I wish it had a "10 second" quick button, but not a big deal. Its a great deal. Laura. Roseville, CA. Sun May 10 2026
