Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did. We have not yet tried all the numerous features this oven provides, partially because it is taking us time to read and apply all the instructions and partially because it is summer so we BBQ a great deal. We find it preheats fairly quickly which is convenient. Baking has also proved effective and true to temperature readings. Broiling is also easy to use and prepares steaks beautifully. I was very skeptical about speed ovens, in general, and not sure whether they were worth the cost. After a few months, I'm a convert. It cooks salmon perfectly using the speed cooking settings provided by the device. I cooked two pork tenderloins that also were cooked perfectly. I was so excited to receive my GE Cafe Warming Drawer! I have already started using it not only for keeping courses/plates warm, but for proofing our pizza dough. I will admit that the display did not work properly straight out of the box, the far right side of touch screen was not responsive at all to the touch (faulty unit) However, GE after sales service is second to none in the industry and they had a tech here within a couple of days to replace the part. I cannot stress how good their service and warranty department is, so easy and painless to deal with. This alone is a reason to buy GE/Cafe over LG or Samsung! With that said, oven has worked great ever since and we love it. It's literally packed with so many useful features! The air fryer works great (and despite other reviews saying you need the app to use it, I can confirm NO YOU DON'T!) Temperature holds pretty accurately but you can also easily fine tune it +/- in the settings. We love baking bread with convection mode and proofing mode does a nice job helping the dough rise. With young kids around the house, eating diner can be delayed after it's cooked so we love using the warming mode feature to keep our food plates warm while we put kids to bed, etc. Finally, the Precission cooking mode is a game changer... I love theGE Profile™ 27" Smart Built-In Convection Double Wall Oven. It reaches the desired temperature in no time as the preheat is very fast and cooks evenly. I use the keep warm feature a lot. I used to have a warming drawer but with the warm mode In was able to have my double oven. The best thing is the airfryer mode. The slide out racks are wonderful. The control panel is great. This appears to be a well-made combination wall oven. We especially like the conventional oven racks and the stainless steel lining of the microwave oven. However, one aspect of the microwave design we do not care for: the edges of the door. The door edges appear "unfinished" in that they are simply metal with no edge.
