I wanted to pick out a refrigerator because my old one was 20 years old. A friend recommended this Cafe model. I had been wanting the split freezer because I do not purchase boxes of anything. I felt like I could use he organization that this model affords and I was correct. I LOVE, LOVE the freezer. My husband was against getting a new refrigerator because our other one was still working and we have heard that nothing lasts more than 5 years anymore. We hope that is not true, because we so love this refrigerator. Even if it was just the water pitcher that fills automatically, it would have been worth it. Just FYI if you buy one. Make sure you purchase an authentic water filter. I bought from a website that I thought was authentic and it was scam.. Crc532. Cape Cod, MA. Tue Apr 07 2026

I have never been a big fan of ordering large appliances online because of the possibility of damage. However the manufacturer went above and beyond with the packaging on this unit. When it comes to wine storage, consistent temperature is everything. So far the temperature holds steady right at the set degree without it fluctuating much. This unit will hold 51 bottles of wine with its 6 wooden shelves that are also removable to accommodate larger bottles if needed. An added bonus is the led blue light that turns on when the door is open and turns off when shut. You also have the option to have it on all the time. Overall for the price it seems to be a winner.. On the outside, this Dual Zone wine chiller features a stunningly modern Platinum Glass finish, which is as easy to clean as it is beautiful. On the inside, a LED light wall spans the back panel, filling the interior with bright light so every item is easy to find. Built-in WiFi allows you to control the unit remotely, too—all on the SmartHQ app.

It was delivered and works well. It’s really pretty and has controls via app which I like. Large champagne bottles have to be on the top shelf because it allows for larger bottles, but can stuff with a little pressure in other shelves. It’s really beautiful and love it. I’m not a very handy person so had fixit guy set up. Putting it in a built in bar. I love it. It has been sold out at other places so glad to get it at Wayfair, I was nervous at first but all went well. Would recommend it for sure.. Maurice. San Diego, CA. Sat Feb 26 2022

Working well for the past 4 weeks. Easy set up and runs quietly. The shelves hold 5 regular bottles easily, but larger champagne bottles do not slide out well, so I removed the second shelf to allot bigger bottles on the third. I also removed lower shelves to allow stand up bottles so this serves more as a champagne and beverage fridge, paired next to a wine fridge. This worked best for my needs for three temperature zones compared to the models that have just the one zone wine fridge next to beverage fridge. They look and work great.. Anonymous.
