The sofa frame and tables are UV and weather resistant so shouldn't fade. The cushions are splash proof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). However, the cushions should not be left outside or in damp conditions. Store them somewhere warm and dry. Beautiful dining set with nice patterned Acacia wood on table top, slatted chair seats and backs and gorgeous bench. Very sturdy but not heavy especially the bench that is a perfect width. The armchairs are stylish with deep seats and the perfect height that doesn't block our view. Cushions are fine, but not a thick patio chair cushion, if that is what you're looking for.
