The hard, tinted screens block UV rays, resist wind and rain, and offer semi-transparent privacy that keeps your space sheltered while still letting in natural light. Unlike fabric, they won’t tear, fade, or mildew, so you get long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great!! I can finally sit outside on my rooftop patio in the rain!  You can do alot with a 12x16. I have two couches and two swivel chairs as well as a coffee table under it Took me one evening of sorting and assembling the beams about 4hrs  Full assembly one 12hr the next day 16hrs in total with two people for the roof.  Two people all day could probably do it in 6-8hrs  Only reason I gave it a 4star review was because the plastic, protective, coating on the roof panels is impossible to take off I took me a half an hour to peel off one whole panel. I said forget this and left the rest.  Idk why its not just grab one corner and rip off.  Its like peeling off cling wrap  I havent had any problems with it being on And my roof gets direct afternoon sun. So worth it! I needed an enclosed gazebo due to wildlife in the area. I did my research and finally landed on this one. For you weekend warriors, this may not be your project. My husband and I assembled it over 3 full weekends, and some nights we were free. All together it took around 15 days to build. The instructions were easy to follow for my husband, not for me. He is more of a visual figure outer. Some tips... Pay attention to the window sides before installing them. The outside side does not allow you to see in. The inside allows you to see out. It will look weird if it is installed wrong. How we kept it straight was pulling away the film from the corners and leaving it on throughout assembly. Peeling it away from the corners makes it easier too to pull away when the frames are on. Use the stickers for the doors that are provided to keep them straight as well. Before putting the sliding windows on, pull that sticker away, we had to take the windows apart bc we left the stickers on. Take a lot of breaks for your hands when doing the weatherstripping. Keep all the parts in the boxes throughout. It makes them easier to find. Our slab has a little slant to it away from the garage, which effects the doors, but they still all close properly with some adjustments . Overall, I am so happy with this purchase. I feel it was worth it. Seat cushions and furniture are also from Wayfair.. Kathy. Illinois. Mon Sep 28 2026
