Ok. First, we got this for our soft cover gazebo. With this, we have to take the soft cover off before the winter since it won't stand up to that weather -- it gets kind of old having to take it off and put it back on every year. With this cover, which will protect it all over the winter, we won't have to remove the first covering /layer every year. So that's great, and after some monumental efforts on the part of 4 of us, including using ladders and poles, we got this installed. Installation is really just getting this on the top of the gazebo, and then moving it into place. So you might think that's easy, but the gazebo is up at about 7 feet, this cover weighs A LOT! And the cover is all one piece. There's only one way to do this - get on ladders, pull it up, get it in the right direction (and it has to go up over the center piece which is raised). So, using ladders and grappling hooks, we accomplished this. It fit well (it was sized a bit larger than our gazebo). And it appears to handle the wind - we had some wind gusts come up, and everything stayed in place. the material is strong. It's got as the description shows, windows on one side, and a zipper door on the other. Here's the limitation. Our gazebo is on our large deck, situation right against the house/patio door, so we can walk from the house to the gazebo. We can see our boat and canal and river view from the gazebo. What happens with this canopy is, when the sides are all down and it's the winter, for example, you can enter the gazebo and sit enclosed and look out the somewhat small windows to the view. That's ok for the winter, except we have dog and the only way to let them out is to get out through the now solid canopy enclosure, since there is a door only on one side. We can work with this. From the photos, I hope you can see, we rolled up the enclosed side (which happened to have a zipper on one corner, but not on the other? A zipper on both would have worked well (we may create one). But we rolled it all up anyway, which allows us to enjoy our gazebo as we had been. Once the winter comes, we'll roll it down and work something out for the dogs. Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! I’ve had this for around 3 weeks now. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is I thought the frame was going to be black instead of brown in color so I don’t think the brown looks good with the gray top but overall it is very sturdy and well may but it was hard for one person to put together so it took three people to put it together and about three hours I would say. It works great for any time of year and we have really enjoyed it this summer so far because it has kept the bugs out and and have used the fire pit under it and been able to sit out in the evenings and enjoy it.. I absolutely love this mosquito netting. We have high winds all the time and needed netting that was heavier than normal. We tried other brands but the netting would just whip so bad it would catch on our chairs. This still blows in the wind which they all do but has never hooked on our chairs. This brand is heavy duty like the original factory set that came with our gazebo. We have a Sojag Messina 10x12 and this netting fit like it was factory made. Our original factory lasted 5 years so only time will tell. Definitely worth the higher price point over the 40-60 sets you get elsewhere. Going to order a second set as back up as heavy duty quality netting like this is hard to find. Only drawback was that the zippers and tiebacks were brown and not black but not a deal breaker.. It’s a great cover for our 10 x 12 gazebo. I like the extra length so it’s not such a tight fit as my previous cover. We use our gazebo in the winter with our fire table and we open the window and door a bit to let the gas out and air in. Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. This is a very nice tent! Not quite as elegant as shown in the photos, but if you spend a lot of time lining up all the seams and securing the velcro ties, you can get pretty close. I got this to bring to eventsgatherings where there will be food served or not enough shade. It’s going to be perfect! I can’t wait to try it with string lights. ) The bag is about 41 lbs, but the long straps make it easy(ish) to pack around. The assembly was tricky, and the instructions were vague (at best). When laying the top over, the instructions do not tell you to loop the open hole through the pop-up arms, but you definitely have to. I decided to “trust the process”, but soon realized that was absolutely necessary. So I ended up breaking it down a bit, making the adjustments and then finished the setup. One more note (complaint) but you really do need a second set of hands to extend the tent, or else it moves in inches. Preferably someone with muscle because clicking the side posts took a lot of core strength I do not have. Also, you need to stake it or a slight wind might knock it over.
