This item was provided to me for free in order to write this review. Opinions expressed are my own. This is a fine little dresser for what it is. Its a cheap dresser that would not stand up to hard use. But if you can use your furniture gently and arent looking for an heirloom piece, its fine. I have reached out to Wayfair and they forwarded my return request to the manufacturer. Personally I think it was damaged in transit but there were chips in the paint on most of the drawers so maybe not. I would have just touched it up with some paint but then while unpacking it I noticed huge damage to one of the side drawers that would make it impossible to assemble. Much of the Styrofoam packaging was crumbled and getting all over the place which made it all the more infuriating as I had spent an hour slowly unpacking and wiping down the pieces. I so much LOVE My new Farmhouse Dresser! I just got assembly completed and the process was straight forward and actually simple to assemble. Easy to understand with the instruction booklet. This Dresser is VERY ATTRACTIVE to look at. Once assembled the Dresser is very very solid and heavy. The 6 Drawers are just like it says in the description. They are very very spacious. Which is a huge plus for me! Definitely did not expect them to be as roomy as they are. I also love the THICK wooden top. The smooth wood grain on the top of the Farmhouse Dresser really added ALOT to the over all beauty and high quality of this Dresser. Also, I chose not to add on the two black metal pieces of hardware that came with the Dresser to keep the Dresser from being tipped over I'm assuming. I don't have any Kids in my home to worry about that happening. But I would also HIGHLY RECOMMEND anybody that does have small children please use this hardware on each side of the front of dresser to avoid an accident. Do not purchase. Drawers do not line up and there are gaps in between the drawers. Shoddy craftsmanship, would never buy again. Sent complaint to the company that made it. This dresser is more spacious than it looks in the picture! Dresser came flat packed and protected well from shipping damage. Parts were stacked in the order that the directions call for, no need to empty box right away. This is especially handy if youre building in a tight space. Instructions suggest 2 people build this, I managed to build most everything on my own. Needed more hands when joining the 2 sides of dresser together.
