I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. This gasland cooktop was a welcomed upgrade to the Jennie I previously had. The large modern grates are perfect for bigger pots and pans with plenty of space in between. With the addition of the include griddle surface I can make steaks on one side and burgers on the other. It's hard to find a replacement for a gas downdraft cooktop, but this one is great! Burners are stronger than previous cooktop (not GE). Downdraft works much better, doesn't pull flames from burners.
