Very beautiful and well made bed. Assembly was straight forward, not that many steps, just look at and obey each and every step. We had to backtrack on a couple places, so just read and re-read the instructions. But very easy straightforward assembly. Color is very complementary and the base is solid and well built. Easy to assemble, and it looks really nice. It was perfect because I couldn’t find a headboard that I liked for my daughter’s room. The velvet upholstery is very pretty.
