Dalen Plastic Barrier Garden Fencing is a 3 ft. x 50 ft. roll of lightweight, weather-resistant plastic mesh designed as a temporary or seasonal garden barrier. Use it to keep dogs, rabbits, and small animals out of garden beds, define landscaping borders, or protect new plantings — then roll it up and reuse it season after season. The recyclable, heat-resistant material holds its shape in sun and cold and installs in minutes with garden stakes — no special tools required.

I have extremely hungry deer who are not picky unfortunately! The only truly effective measure is to wrap my precious trees and plants! Thank God there are some they dislike! I am not always home to sprinkle powder or spray deer repellent which are both effective. I bought ultrasonic lights were effective at first then the deer ignored them. The skunks did not appreciate my efforts though so I had to stop using! I avoided mesh because obvious reasons but it's the only sure proof method for me. This is the second type of mesh I've used. The first was more nylon type material and was a bit challenging to work with but super flexible. I wanted this type again but was unavailable so I went with a different one. This second mesh is stiffer and more of a wire consistency but cuts easily with scissors. I would say it is more for use with stakes. The major problem I had was wrapping things too tightly so be aware it's so easy to do and then it must be loosened. Also, the first nylon mesh catches on itself so unwrapping and rewrapping is almost impossible!. Jeanie. Cambridge, OH. Sat Jun 27 2026

We have a problem with our Malamute eating all our vegetables. She is not picky, she eats everything! We needed some kind of cover to discourage her from her eating everything. Hopefully this will. Looking at the picture I was not aware of how large this greenhouse is! I thought I could put it together and put sprouts there to keep the dogs out, but I can actually plant larger plants. We have a 4 ft. high wire fence and it almost reaches the top! The doors can be opened individually, and you can tie the door up while you are working. There is no bottom, so you can plant directly into the soil if you wish and still protect your plants. I'm looking forward to vegetables this year! With the price of food we need to grow our own. This was so easy to put together, but it took two of us to get it off the porch after I built it. The frame is metal, and it is lightweight enough to move if you wish.. Mary. Niles, MI.
