Love these blinds! The pullpush to lowerraise is very smooth and easy to use. The only thing to warn about is that they are quite sheer. quality depends on what purpose you may be using the blinds. I brought them to cover my patio doors, as my other shades were outdated and broken. I rated them 4 stars for two reasons one inserting them in to the metal end cap provided can be very difficult and time consuming. lastly the blinds prevent most sunlight from coming in; which means privacy has to be compromise when shades are open.
