I want to start off by saying this is my 4th purchase from Wayfair and it has been the only delivery with a hiccup. My safe arrived with a few black marks on the exterior and the inside needed some cleaning, so the delivery wasn’t perfect. But honestly, the way Sanctuary handled it is exactly why I’m leaving five stars. I reached out to customer service and they immediately gave me options they would arrange to take the safe back and issue a full refund, or I could keep it and receive 20 off my purchase. I decided to keep it because the safe itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I asked if they could tell me the paint color so I could touch up the marks myself, and instead, they offered to send me a bottle of matching paint. Things don’t always arrive perfectly. To me, what matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. I dealt with actual humans who were helpful, responsive, and genuinely wanted to make it right. The safe is beautiful, I’m happy with my purchase, and based on the customer service alone, I would absolutely purchase from Sanctuary again and recommend them to others. My safe arrived with a few black marks on the exterior right on the front of the safe (otherwise I probably wouldn’t have said anything) and the inside needed some cleaning, so the delivery wasn’t perfect. Tracker Safe's are built with one very important mission: to protect what matters most to our customers. The E Series is our economy line of fire rated safes with 14-Gauge steel, 1 layer of fireboard, 30-minute fire rating and 1 in. diameter bolts, and a lever handle. Great for the first time gun buyer or someone needing additional ammo storage with a good safe without breaking the bank. You can trust your valuables in a Tracker Safe.

Depository safes or drop safes are an important tool in safe guarding cash from thieves and/or employees. Instead of leaving large bills and extra cash inside the register, simply drop the items of value into the access portal in the safe where it stays safely out of reach. This makes dropping items into the safe simple for businesses that need to protect their deposits before they need to go to the bank. Depository safes are mainly used for short-term storage of cash. Ideal for hotels, gas stations, motels, restaurants or any retail business that deals with large volumes of cash on a daily basis. Safe features 2 solid steel locking bolts, retains 2 digit pin codes, lock out mode, and has pre drilled holes on the bottom and back of the safe. Includes 4 AA batteries, protective floor mat, back-up keys, and mounting hardware.
