[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Lugo 2x3 ft shelve are heavy duty. They are not your typical garage storage shelving. They are constructed of heavy duty metal and the included brackets and hardware are quality as well. The depth is approximately two shoe boxes end to end. The only downside is that it did take a good amount of time to install these. However as with any quality product extra steps usually are required.. Damianscloud9_411. Wed Feb 12 2025

Does the work. Although not in the description it can be used with a power drill. The manual cranking is too slow and not practical. The template is difficult to use overhead with the installation and although works with 16” joists the instruction did not explain. The screws provided is too large for 1.5” actual joist width and does not feel right but overall does the job.. Sm. Mississauga, ON. Sun Sep 06 2026

The packaging was great, delivery was late. They are very sturdy built, but, they give you zip ties to secure the racks to the wall braces. The braces only have long open holes down the sides, making it too easy for the zip ties to slide back and forth. 2 suggestions. They need to make a lot of small drill holes down the sides of the braces, and the zip ties need to be like 2-3" longer. I had to use some of my own longer ties to make it work right. But they are built well.. Mike. Bend, OR. Thu Sep 17 2026

Had some issues with shipping. I do think it was probably the shipping guys being rough, but it had all come apart and was a disaster. It took time to figure out what was broken and what wasn’t there. Wayfair and the manufacturer were great and I got all the replacements parts, but it did slow up progress and, costing time I really didn’t have. I’m overall happy with the product.. Annie. Fg.
