This is an elegant, firm sofa that was easy to assemble solo, and this is not something I usually do. I did have a friend help me flip it up onto its legs after assembly. The box arrived really beat up, and I had misgivings as I was unwrapping, but the contents were protected. I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area. Update after one year the reclining mechanism broke on one side so it cannot be reclined. The thin underside fabric that holds the stuffing in place has ripped on the other side. There’s not a proper way to reattach the fabric to hold the stuffing. I’ll be surprised if it lasts another year. A really great reclining sofa. The micro suede fabric is comfortable and looks nice. As a heads up for some people using micro suede for the first time, you should not use spray on deodorizer. Make sure you look up ways to clean a micro suede sofa. As other people have mentioned, the armrests are a little bit low, but not terrible. I think they’re a great position for when leaning off to the side, a little bit or even laying down across the sofa. The reclining handle is responsive and not hard to pull. The actual reclining feature is wonderful. There’s just enough resistance in the leg lift so that you don’t have to push too hard to make it go down or lift your legs up to make it go up. The center seat is also very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever about this sofa on day one In my photo, I have added a white and a purple PlayStation five controller for color reference. There is a slight green tint to the sofa when viewed with LED lightbulbs. But in natural sunlight, it does have a true grayish color. This couch looks just like the picture but up close it looks even better. It does not look like cheap leather but is a beautiful browntan color with nice detailing. Super simple and quick to put together, also very easy to adjust into a bed or back into a futon. Really pretty color but it’s suede not leather, either way it has a leather aesthetic. This sofa was very easy to assemble. It took my husband about 15 minutes to assemble, with no tools needed. I especially chose that sofa for the height from the floor to top of seat cushions. It is easier to sit on and get up if you are an older person. The color is a marbleized deep red and is very neat and attractive. This sofa is probably not one you would want if you have small children bouncing on to the couch, and would not make a comfortable piece of furniture to lay on, but for people to sit on it is very comfy.
