I purchased two of these storage units a few years ago, and they’ve been surprisingly versatile! We originally used both in our playroom to store kids’ toys. After moving last year and as the kids have gotten older, I repurposed one for our laundry room to store cleaning supplies, pool towels, and other household essentials. Since I still have a toddler, I added a childproof lock to keep cleaning products safely out of reach. There’s plenty of storage space, and we typically keep a small step stool on the bottom shelf as well. The second unit is in our basement and is used for miscellaneous household storage. I love that the shelves are adjustable, making it easy to customize the space for different items as our needs change. One thing to note is that we did encounter a few imperfections during assembly, so I wouldn’t recommend these if you’re planning a perfectly seamless, custom built-in look. However, for everyday storage, they’re attractive, functional, and hold a ton of stuff. I’ve been happy with how easily we’ve been able to repurpose them throughout our home over the years!. Mandy. I decided on this cabinet because of the positive reviews, and am so glad I did! I purchased two, and they are well built, there was no damage, and assembly was straightforward. My son (who is a licensed builder) put the first one together in 1 hour, and the second in 30 minutes. Using a power tool for the screws made it go quite quickly. My son was quite familiar with these types of hinges so didn’t have any trouble, but there are instructions as to how to adjust these to get proper closure of the doors. Thanks also to Prepac for including extra hardware - I have put together similar items in which much time was wasted looking for similar nails or screws because not enough was included. Very happy with my purchase.. Kim. Okemos, MI. Sun Apr 12 2026

I really like this storage cabinet! It was pretty simple to put together and took two people about an hour to fully assemble. I placed it in my bedroom to store miscellaneous items like perfumes, beauty products, and other things I like to keep organized. It also came with an anti-tipping attachment, which I definitely used for added safety. The movable shelves are great, you can adjust them to fit different-sized items. I took off a star because one of the holes for the handle was too small for the screw. I had to drill the hole a little larger before I could attach the handle properly.. Nichole. Rahway, NJ. This is a metal cabinet that I ordered for the kitchen to hold heavier appliances, glassware, oils and vinegars and spices. It works really well. You just have to make sure the feet are even so the doors close properly. One side door is harder to close than the other but this is due to the weight inside and the level of the bottom footing. I still like it and it works for expanding a small kitchen space.. Marissa F. Sonoma, CA. Mon Sep 14 2026

My husband and I ordered 2 of these and are loving them. The fact that they have wheels is great. It took me several hours to assemble. Instructions were easy to follow. A few of the parts were damaged but I was able to order replacement parts easily at no extra charge. Wayfair is great at backing their products up. The only struggle I had was the metal doors don’t look like they are going to line up so I spent extra time on them. As soon as I placed them the doors lined up better. I think I was on a slope on my driveway when I assemble but as soon as I placed them on level surface they were fine. Make sure you examine all the pieces before you assemble so you know if you need to order replacement parts before you start to assemble.. Kim. Pleasanton, CA. Mon Sep 07 2026
