The chairs are very nice and seem to be good quality. The seat cushion is very firm but will hopefully break in over time. The assembly is ridiculous. Based on someone elses review about the difficult assembly we decided to pay for the assembly as part of the purchase. Based on 4 chairs, the price was 191 for an hour and 45 minutes. The guy actually needed an extra 2 hours to complete the assembly of all 4 chairs, so we had to pay an extra 200. Wayfair needs to adjust assembly time in the purchase process. very easy to assemble. no tools needed cept for the allen wrench provided. the only draw back for me was it reclines way too much when you sit in it. there is a tension wheel ( so to speak) under the seat where you adjust how much it reclines. i tightened it as much as i could & i still think it reclines too much. but now i'm just careful not to rock too far back cause the 1st time i did , (before i tightened the wheel) i almost fell backwards. just be careful when you 1st sit in it! other than that, so far its a great chair. the speakers are good..
