These chairs have: arms, nice width on the seat, decent back support, decent cushion, upholstery that's easy to clean, and who knew that I needed the swivel...but that's the icing on the cake so to speak. Assembly was easy. These are comfortable. They wipe down well. Yes, some crumbs get caught in certain parts of the construction but it wipes right out. I prefer the low backs as my dining table floats in my room. These chairs are like a dining room version of a club or game table chair, which is perfect for our home. These chairs make sitting around the table a pleasure. Comfortable for dining, the long conversation that may continue at the table when guests are over, and sitting for long periods to play games. There's enough room in the seat to adjust your position for those long sits and the cushion is just enough to pad but offer support. And bonus, they are really attractive with a pretty color. I’m sick of hard chairs. I wanted something comfy and padded and swively so people would stay at the table instead of migrating to softer furniture with food and for playing board games. Yet, I wanted a wipeable surface because…kids. I *almost* got what I was looking for with these chairs. They look nice and modern, they swivel well (some get a bit loose), and they are comfortable. The two cons that I have are 1) I wish the angle of the chair was a little more upright and 2) my niece spilled a drink and it seeped down to the padding because of the holes where the stitching makes “stripes”, so they definitely aren’t waterproof which makes me sad. I ordered 10 of them for my poker table and they get positive feedback after the first game. Assembly is a little tedious but not horrible. They look great and are pretty comfortable. A little more variation in the wood across a few of the chairs and could use a little more padding if you are going to sit in them for a long time but overall nice chair for the price.. Kevin.
