Now these are COOL! And goodness, what a brilliant assembly structure. Those little locking tabs are genius. A couple bottom screws and boom, done. They’re well built and exceptionally sturdy. I sprayed the hydrogen peroxide, vinegar and salt solution and they were good and rusty in like two hours. I like that they come with a special netting basket for dirt in the top shelf area should you decide to plant insist rather than just use pots. I’m not sure which direction to go yet. they are sturdy once you have the dirt in them, but seem a bit flimsy when empty. Be careful filling them, as I had my neighbor help me fill with his john deer and we had to go very slowly and level the dirt in layers so it didnt warp the shape. For some reason, the drain and overflow accessories weren’t compatible with our plumbing system, so we had to swap those out, and I wish deer valley made it easier to find other options that are compatible not only with different plumbing but with different finishes. I’m a traveling bartender and needed a quality beverage tub that not only looked great, but one that did not leak. I comfortably fit 11 beer bottles in here with ice. Omg - gorgeous. My husband is a builder and he wasn’t so sure about this - until it arrived. The craftsmenship is impressive - it’s so solid and just stunning. I don’t even like taking a bath, and it’s become my favorite Sunday afternoon activity. So relaxing. The water stays hot and I feel wonderful for hours after. The size is perfect. It’s shorter than a standard tub, but it’s more comfortable because the sides are high - so you can sit comfortably with your back and neck supported by the sides. It was a great investment.. Robin.
