This handcrafted brown wood picture frames come complete with a UV-resistant acrylic front, acid-free foam board backing and wall hanging hardware. The frame moulding width is 0.75 inches and the frame rabbet depth is 0.375 inches. Frames can be displayed vertically or horizontally. Our custom frames are proudly handcrafted in the USA!

First things first, the frame does seem to be constructed of wood but the 'wood grain' finish is a veneer. If you're hoping for a raw wood look this may not be the frame you want. That being said, it is a very well-constructed frame and I was so thrilled to get it in a size that's otherwise difficult to find (6"x6"). Acrylic really does have superior clarity when compared to glass - it will scratch much more easily, of course, but so long as the frame isn't in a high-traffic spot that really shouldn't be an issue.. I still find these a little pricey for what you get, but I havent been able to find anything else comparable. Quality good. All my records fit without a problem.
