Josh & Main king bed. I don't trust this company. The bed was deliverd damaged. The box had no damage. I have heard from friends who have the bed that their beds came damaged in the same place on the headboard. It is obviously the way it is packaged. I ordered a new replacement headboard hoping it wouldn't come in damaged and a few days later, they canceled the order and said it is on back order. Who knows how long that will take and I don't trust them to make this right. I called and they gave me all kinds of awful options: They would send me return instructions meaning I had to take down the bed, box it up, and return it myself which is ridiculous and I said no; to keep the bed and they would give me a partial refund and I said no. I finally was very upset and demanded they come get the bed for free and refund my order. They said that they would put in that order which means that had been an option the whole time and I had to argue to get to that offer. I had paid for delivery, set up and the 3 year warranty on the bed. I will never order from Josh & Main and I am very skepticle about ordering from Wayfair as they told me I had to deal with the manufacturer on this broken bed and it ended up taking two weeks with many emails to finally get back to Wayfair who then helped me and made it difficult. Overall we love this bed. It was very easy to assemble. There are minor issues in regards to the bed itself. It should have metal slats instead of wood slats. The wood slats are cheap looking and seems flimsy. Once you install the floor legs for support it becomes stable. The bed sits on carpet and I believe it gives it more support, not sure how it would be on a hardwood or vinyl floor. The metal frame scratches easily and as others have said the Velcro strip doesn’t stay attached to the bed. The covers are impossible to use. Luckily this isn’t an issue at the moment for me, it’s more of an aesthetic issue. I bought this bed for one purpose and that was so the bassinet I received as a gift would fit under the bed for when I birth and can keep the baby close to me. I needed a minimum floor clear of 7 inches or higher and this one met those needs. Overall it’s a beautiful headboard and the headboard is soft and fits our guest room/nursery well.. E. Florida. Delivery was a pain. They wouldn’t call or text to give a heads up when they would be arriving. Our house is under renovation and I’m working from my camper in the backyard. This upholstered bed is gorgeous. I love the natural cream color and light tan piping on the ends. I was worried it was going to look cheap but looks very expensive and I love the calm feeling it brings to my bedroom. There were several other cream upholstered bed frames (very popular ones) that I considered before purchasing this one, but due to my high ceilings I needed a taller headboard and this definitely fits the bill. This bed is GORGEOUS in person. I wanted an upholstered bed, and i initially ordered anothe bed from anothe company, but was so disappointed after seeing it in person. Online photos make beds in the 200 range appear just like the beds in the 1000 range, but there is a huge difference when you see them in person. The fabric is textured and very high end. The bed fabric feels really luxurious. I also love the higher headboard which makes the bed feel like a 5-star hotel. Beautiful fabric, nice wood feet, and pretty solid construction. If youre considering between multiple upholstered beds, this one is worth the extra money. Trust me, because i returned a cheaper bed before buying this one!
