This sofa bed is genuinely amazing and absolute perfection once you finally get it together. It is super comfortable, looks fantastic in the space, and the built-in USB and Type-C ports, side table, and storage armrests make it an absolute game changer for functionality. The side table did arrive chipped twice, but customer service has been wonderful, kind, and extremely prompt about sending out replacements. Fair warning on the assembly side of things because you will want to bring your patience the instructions are horrific and none of the parts are marked, so setup turns into a bit of a guessing game. This is an elegant, firm sofa that was easy to assemble solo, and this is not something I usually do. I did have a friend help me flip it up onto its legs after assembly. The box arrived really beat up, and I had misgivings as I was unwrapping, but the contents were protected. I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area. We’ll figure something out, but it’s a pain. Considered three stars tbh but it seems like a decent value for the price. And it would be a hassle to send the whole thing back. 5 stars for the value for what it is. A great kids couch that can host a gaming get together if needed. 3 stars for comfort if I was to actually use it every day. This is the 3 seat version. I am 510 and I can lay almost completely between the armrests. My head is propped up just a smidge. It took a full 48 hours for all parts of it to be fully fluffed, and its a little on the stiff side, but Id still use it (this is going to be the kids couch). I dont think Id use it for the adults couch because I feel like Im going to slide off the front of it. Super Comfortable Great Value! I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this memory foam futon mattress is. It expanded quickly after unpacking and had very little odor. The memory foam provides great support while still being soft enough for a comfortable night’s sleep.
