I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. The cushions are supportive but still soft enough for relaxing, watching television, or spending time with family. Better than expected! I have 2 large football player sons and it’s sturdy, comfy, large/deep seats, and longer than my old couch which was the same style/size. I like the low profile back and arms, it keeps the open concept I enjoy. They can each lay on each end and I like to snuggle up with a throw in the corner with a cup of coffee. This Sectional begins with milling and drying own hardwoods at lumberyard facility to ensure that frames are built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of Serta upholstery frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at 1 of 2 nearby foam processing plants. The sectional is great once you have both pieces together. However, I did have issues with the delivery company that was used. Wayfair sent both pieces in one shipment to the delivery company. The delivery company decided since it said one that only one piece was to be delivered. I talked to them and that was their excuse. Wayfair was great in responding and arranging shipment of the missing piece since the delivery company could not locate the other piece at their warehouse.
