Some of us are real quirky pieces of work and like to add a little humor and fun in our lives. These rude door mats are the ideal funny gifts for those of us who have a unique prickly sense of humor. This special kit contains two funny front door mats, the “Leave” door mat and the “Not You Again” door mat, along with the “Traditional” boot scraper doormat. By bringing some sass and humor to your home decor, they are bound to get attention from your guests when they visit. If you are looking for an idea for funny gifts, perhaps for your curmudgeonly uncle, you have now found the perfect solution. There is, however, more to these decorative accessories than just their humorous aesthetic appeal. This outdoor decor is made with coco coir, a durable heavy-duty fiber obtained from the outer husks of coconuts. When used in products like a funny welcome door mat, they will scrape off any dirt or debris trapped on the undersides of shoes. Coir fibers will even keep the outdoor particles trapped until the doormats are cleaned via shaking or brushing. When it comes to outdoor debris on this doormat, “Oh no not you again” takes on a whole new meaning! Both the “Not You Again” doormat and the “Leave” door mat are resistant to outdoor weather factors such as moisture and UV, which allows them to be placed outside for long periods of time. The boot scraper doormat that comes with the two entry mats is a combination of rubber and coir. These boot scrapers feature a rubber base with rubber “fingers” for scraping the bottom of shoes, and is flanked by rolls of coir for effective side scraping action. The rubber provides grip and traction, capable of keeping the doormat from sliding while you wipe your feet.

Naturally harvested coir fibers are hand woven in traditional looms and then sheared to create a dense pile that helps trap dirt and moisture and clean shoes. Elegant designs are hand stenciled on the doormat using fade resistant dyes. Vinyl backing keeps mat in place and locks the fibers in to minimize shedding. Coir fiber is naturally mold and mildew resistant. Handmade from a renewable resource coconut husks, coir mats are environment friendly with minimal carbon foot print. They are completely bio-degradable and compostable. For optimal results, the manufacturer suggests using this doormat in a sheltered area such as a covered porch, and keeping exposure to extreme moisture and sunlight to a minimum. If the doormats are excessively exposed to the elements, some color transfer may occur onto natural stone, concrete or other surfaces and stenciled designs may eventually fade. Texture of the fibers are normal and add a special character to each individual doormat. During the first few weeks, it is normal for coir doormat to shed fibers.
