Size and entry orientation were the two picks that fit our space. Came with wheel casters for easy moving.The upper storage area, liter cach drawer was a plus. The height which was decent and higher thsn most makes it a good platform to clean the liter box. No more bending down on the floor. Cons - no interior light. , lots of small screws for assembly. I like this litter box enclosure. It’s nothing fancy and has that sort of a basic clean-lined look to it. It’s not something that will last for years, as it’s made from the standard knock-down particle board. That being said , I do not feel that you really need heirloom quality furniture for your cat’s litter box. We haven’t moved Puma’s box in there quite yet, but he spent an afternoon lounging on the top.
