We absolutely love love love our new couch. We are a family of 7 with kids aged 2 to 17 and it’s the perfect couch for the whole family to sit down and have a movie night together. We were planning to hold off on purchasing anything new until the little ones got bigger but we decided to make the purchase and we are so happy we did. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery.
