I really love this cabinet. It was fairly easy to put together. I did have to undo and redo a few joinings because the pieces were upside down. They give you extra hardware. My condo was built in the 1920s and so is seriously lacking in storage. If this piece is a combination of solid wood and manufactured wood, I sure as heck can't tell the difference. It's a SOLID piece that honestly feels like all natural wood. That wasn't the best part. The right door has a strip that eliminates a gap when the doors are closed (close the right door first). The top is made of strips of wood pieced together but looks good. To finish, we sanded with 180 grit sandpaper, then applied wood conditioner, golden oak Minwax stain, four coats of Minwax warm satin polyurethane with a brush, then finished with one coat of wipe-on poly, sanding with 320 grit sandpaper between coats of poly. This corner cabinet looks very nice in the corner of my dining room. It is small, so dont expect to put large dishes in it. One of the bottom doors doesnt close all the way due to the way the hinges are set. All of the doors are very close to springing open because of the hinges.
