I was really happy to find a tall cabinet style here that fits my decorating needs. But after installation, I found that the glass doors just wouldnt close properly. Its a quality issue—the magnets arent strong enough to hold the doors against the front frame. This left me quite disappointed. Beautiful cabinet! Very solid piece and looks more costly than it is. Well worth the 8 hours it took to put together. :) We added it to a spare bedroom used as a workout room/reading room. It has plentiful storage for hiding and organizing things you don't want out in the open, while still having a nice space to display those miscellaneous collectibles one acquires on trips abroad. The light feature has 2 different temperatures (cool/warm) which elevate the entire piece. We store our board/card games in the cabinetry/drawers as well as craft supplies, small photoshoot props, office supplies, etc. The height is impressive! I haven't styled the glass shelves yet. They arrived undamaged. The instructions were basic, but enough if you pay attention to the diagrams. The doors needed to be adjusted to keep them closed (needed to close the gap between them; it wasn't hard). I did find one area that could use improvement. If you lose power, the lights don't automatically come back on. You have to press the button that is in line with the power. It is designed to have that button unit outside the shelf, but if you stuff these against a wall and outlet, you'd have a tough time turning them back on- especially when you have three of these shelves against each other to make the 95" build. I ended up drilling an additional hole and routing the other end of the USB cable through it, buying a flat/low-profile USB block with multiple ports so I could have the button in the lowest shelf, upper left-hand corner. WOW!!! This is definitely a piece that makes a statement. And what was exactly what we wanted to complete the vibe in our bar. A few notes to anyone on the fence.....it arrived much sooner than we anticipated. Projected delivery was the end of June and it arrived mid-May. It was well packaged in a wooden crate around a box. Delivery drivers were fantastic and efficient in dropping the crate exactly where we wanted it. It is impressive how sturdy it is. I anticipated some flexing or movement when not on the wallbbecause it is so large, but it is solid. Lights do not come with this piece as the description notes, however, they are quite affordable at any home improvement store and it took literally 15 minutes to get the lights where we wanted them. Installation was smooth with two strong guys. And we are so impressed with the results. Still need to organize bottles, etc....but this gives you a good idea of how this piece can be used. It is not an issue with us because we are simply in love with this piece, but worth noting, that some bottles may be too tall. From our liquor cabinet the only bottle that did not fit was the Grey Goose. We can live without it or keep it in the cupboard. Would not hesitate to order again.. Amanda. Beaufort, NC.
