This bed was great since the room it was placed had limited outlets - having the USB jacks resolved that issue. I don’t have a picture showing the bookcase side headboard, but it’s very nice. The base has so much storage and the whole thing is sturdy. This is my daughter’s tiny college bedroom so storage was important! It took a Wayfair professional assembler over 4 hours to put it together, and she did a fantastic job. The only complaint is FedEx which lostmisplaced all my orders and they were awful about accountability. I went to the service center and after 2 hours of searching, we found my orders and they put them in my car. It was in 2 boxes and weighed a ton. Decent bed. Feels sturdy enough I was able to put it together alone, but it took about 8 hours going at a slow pace with lots of breaks. Get a kneepad if you have one. Be sure to look at both sides of each piece immediately after you attach to make sure you have the right orientation. I found a backwards one twice and it was a considerable setback. The directions could be confusing at times, generally just sitting and staring at the parts for a bit or looking ahead to next few steps would made it clear. I'm giving it a 4 star review be use a received 3 unlabeled parts, luckily I could narrow them down. And because the pull out shelfs cannot be wheeled out , at least if you have carpet, and are a very tight fit. Photo attached shows why. The bottom of the shelf sides touches the ground and makes the wheels pointless. I will likely use them in the closet instead. The storage drawers are a little awkward to use. I struggle get the hook lined up and set in the slot to close them. Do not recommend if you have a bad back or mobility issues. The light is great if you like a bit of a night light.. M. Madison, WI. Overall, I’m pleased with the outcome of the bed. Assembling the bed is a timely process. The instructions says two persons are required for assembly. Not true. I completed the job by myself, which is likely the reason it took 7-8 hrs to assemble. Attention to details is necessary for assembly there are very few words in the pamphlet so the pictures are your path. The delivery however did require two ppl to lift.
