We bought this small Serta sofa for a small suite we built on our home. It has a small.sitting area next to the kitchen so this size worked well. It has a twin pull out bed with mattress for guests. It has a nice, soft fabric that seems like it will hold up well to use and wear. The seat cushions are fairly firm, but I like them. I dont like to sink down on a sofa seat.
