I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. 10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous.
