So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

I’m very happy with this purchase! It’s incredibly soft and comfortable while still providing a nice level of firmness and support. I’ve been sleeping really well on it. The only minor issue is that all four corners seem slightly compressed or sunken. I initially thought they would fully expand and return to their normal shape over time, but they still seem to be that way. Aside from the corners, I’m very satisfied with everything else. It’s comfortable, supportive, and I’ve been enjoying it so far. I would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. The instructions say to give it 24-72 hours to be fully expanded, but I slept on it a few hours after I opened it, and it was still great.. Samantha. Usaf Academy, CO. Sun Sep 20 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

Got this for my 12 yr old and so far no complaints. It’s a comfortable mattress and I believe it to be a true medium firm. If you like a soft mattress it will be too firm for you. We’re happy with our purchase. I like that it’s fiberglass free, that was a selling point for us.. Anonymous. Thu Oct 08 2026

Stay Cool, Supported, and Fresh All Night Long Upgrade your sleep experience with mattress designed for total well-being. The advanced gel memory foam is infused with natural green tea extract, harnessing powerful antioxidant and antibacterial properties to actively neutralize odors and inhibit bacterial growth for a consistently fresh sleep environment. Beyond freshness, the open-cell gel structure actively regulates temperature by dissipating excess body heat, keeping your surface cool and comfortable throughout the night. Engineered for lasting durability, the mattress features a reinforced lumbar support system. This targeted reinforcement prevents midsection sagging, ensures proper spinal alignment, and delivers reliable, long-lasting support exactly where you need it most.

I honestly didn’t have high hopes for a mattress that came rolled up in and box and vacuum sealed lol. But I just needed it for a temporary situation so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money..it is soo comfortable! It popped right up when I cut the plastic off. Very supportive. Comfortable for my back. I bought the 12 inch and it’s perfect.. Lisa. Sun Oct 11 2026
