It is as expected. I have a full bed but upsized for a queen comforter because I wanted some extra length and I would definitely recommend doing that. I don’t think I would have liked how the full looked. It is an appropriate thickness I think, not too light, not too heavy. It holds some wrinkles but that is in the description. I’ve never had a duvet cover. I’m used to a comforter or an occasional blanket so my expectations were low. Plus my body temp runs hot. This oversized king Beige duvet is perfect! The 100 cotton works well for hot sleepers. I sleep like a baby with this. I don’t wake up feeling hot or sweaty like I normally do. I love the lived-in look of the fabric.
