This bed works perfect for my son. I will say that it was quite difficult to put together though. Many of the screws did not line up great, making it a frustrating build. This bed is worth buying. Got it in the black full and white queen. Love the look and was easy to assemble. Had to request another piece because of damaged piece on the black bed. The white bed had the same piece damaged but not as noticeable as the black one so I believe they need to changed the way it is packaged to ensure the piece is not damaged.
