It took about 4 hours for my husband to build but overall was an easy smooth process we did have one piece damaged but he was able to fix and and still use the piece. I’m giving a 4 star because over it’s not as stable as we hoped for still moves some when rolling or crawling on top. I wouldn’t recommend this bed for adults over 200lbs but for kids it should be fine.. Anonymous. Sat Oct 03 2026

Great quality! The good news is I put the bed together by myself. The bad news is that working on it by myself took about 7 hours to complete. The frame is solid the stairs are great, but the instructions while detailed left a little to be desired. The diagrams were on the smaller side and it did not detail if a part had to go on a certain way. The good news is on the occasion I made an error it was easy to correct. My daughter loves this bed. Featuring sturdy metal construction, it includes practical storage stairs, built-in shelves, and a convenient bookshelf, offering both organization and functionality. Ideal for creating a versatile sleeping and study area, this black loft bed combines modern design with smart storage for small or shared spaces.

This bed frame feels very unstable for an adult. I weigh about 130lbs and it shakes every time I get on it. I tighted all the screws and used the mounting to zip tie it to the wall, but that broke after just a few weeks so I had to order a replacement wall mount. It also came with several scratches on different parts of the frame. The wavy wooden edge to the frame is made from a material that is scratchy so when I bump against it, it irritates my skin. The wood material for the steps is flimsy and noticibly moves when I step on them. This bed seems made for someone a lot lighter than me, not for an adult.. Julia. Mon May 18 2026

I was extremely happy with this purchase. I wish the screws had been labeled a little more clearly, but I was very happy with the quality of the frame and the screws. Everything fit together securely. The process did take me about 5 hours, and I think a portion of the issue was trying to clearly identify which screws were which. All in all, I would recommend the bed as a great purchase.. Colleen. Cantonment, FL. Wed Jul 01 2026
