Overall, I really like this pan. It looks nice, feels sturdy, and has worked well for cooking. I also like the size and design. My only complaint is the handle on the lid. When I first opened the box, there was some black powder or residue inside the handle I could see it through the glass. I cleaned it off, but after using the pan, I noticed that the black residue seems to be forming again around that area. I’m not sure what is causing it, but I don’t like having to worry about black particles coming from the lid. Other than that issue, I’ve been happy with the pan and it works well. If the manufacturer could fix the problem with the lid handle, it would be a great product.. Anonymous. Mon Oct 26 2026

This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. 1. Correct Usage: Preheat the empty pan for a few minutes, then sprinkle a few drops of water on the bottom. If the water droplets bounce on the bottom, the pan is preheated. Pour in enough oil to cover the bottom, then add food to cook. Some sticking may occur the first time you use it; this is normal. With repeated use, the pan's performance will gradually improve, and you'll grow to love it more and more. 2. Material and Wear Resistance: This product is made of titanium alloy, offering excellent wear resistance and a longer lifespan, avoiding the risk of scratches during daily use. 3. Non-stick Performance: This product's non-stick performance is superior to traditional stainless steel pans, but it differs from the instant non-stick properties of newly coated cookware. Proper preheating and oiling are essential for achieving optimal non-stick results. 4. Super Durable and Scratch-Resistant: 30% lighter than stainless steel, yet more scratch-resistant. This titanium frying pan features a unique textured design that allows for easy food release without the need for easily worn synthetic coatings. 5. Multi-Purpose Kitchen Cookware: This titanium frying pan is suitable for all stovetops (gas/induction/ceramic) and can be used in ovens up to 260°C (500°F). The smooth, hammered finish of the titanium alloy adds a touch of sophistication to your kitchen.

Wanted a titanium pan I could use on an induction stove. Then added titanium spatula and lid at the price. Make it worth it. Greg. LA. Fri Oct 02 2026
