It's fairly easy to assemble, and just remember to take your time. There are 3 parts to the tree, one tree stand, and then the power cord. The branches are hinged and initially wrapped tightly with a strand of garland. After unpacking and untwisting the garland holding the branches, you can gently lower each branch into place. The powercord is rather thin, so I will wrap a protective tube covering around the cord to deter my pets. There is an instruction booklet to help with connecting the cord throughout the tree pieces too. I went with the 7-foot tree, and it will be the tallest in my Christmas tree grove. This is the most beautiful artificial Christmas tree we’ve ever had! I was a bit nervous about making such a large purchase online, as opposed to seeing it in person, but it was lovely - the lights were vibrant and plentiful, both multicolored and warm white, and it had a twinkling option as well. The branches held up well under some very heavy ornaments. What I loved most about it is that it was airy and had space between the branches, so ornaments were numerous and visible, yet it was lush and not the least bit sparse. I am so glad we didn’t buy from that company that starts airing its commercials in September for their overpriced and mostly white-lit trees - that’s where my husband wanted to purchase a tree. I really like this tree. I’ve owned several high‑quality artificial trees over the years, and I’m very particular about choosing ones that look natural.
