Also, the stand had overspray from the flocking, but was not completely covered. That may have been OK if it was completely covered, and if the trunk was completely covered, but it was not. Love this tree! smaller than I thought it would be (I am used to our fuller artificial trees) but it sits nice in the corner of the room and is slender, so I didn't need to move furniture. I actually used it as a "winter decoration", not a Christmas tree, and just put pine cones on it and left it up through January into February with all my snowmen decorations... we liked the snowy lit tree glowing at night in the family room, especially when there was snow out the window.
