Be aware that this mat is very thick at 2-14”. My outward opening screen door would not clear the height. It would be helpful if this were noted in the description. To return the mat I was charged 5 fee. Very disappointing.. Tracy. Gresham, OR. Sun Jun 21 2026

Place this heavy-duty doormat at your doorway to clean off your shoes before entering your home. The doormat features a hand-stenciled design that offers a warm invitation to guests. With a nearly 2" pile height, this doormat provides an elegant addition to your doorway. Handmade and constructed from 100% coir fiber, this durable doormat withstands outdoor conditions easily and removes dirt from the bottoms of shoes to prevent tracking dirt across indoor flooring. The biodegradable coir fiber material is environmentally friendly and compostable. For optimal results, the manufacturer suggests using this doormat in a sheltered area such as a covered porch and keeping exposure to extreme moisture and sunlight to a minimum. If these doormats are excessively exposed to the elements, some color transfer may occur onto natural stone, concrete, or other surfaces and stenciled designs may eventually fade.

Smart and elegant design Strong and durable construction.. Janine. US. Wed Oct 21 2026

Naturally harvested coir fibers are hand-woven using traditional looms and then sheared to create a dense pile that helps to trap dirt and moisture, and cleans shoes. Elegant designs are hand stenciled on the doormat using fade-resistant dyes. Heavy coir backing keeps the mat in place and locks the fibers in to minimize shedding. Coir fiber is naturally mold and mildew-resistant. Handmade from coir fibers, a renewable resource, coir mats are environmentally friendly and made with a minimal carbon footprint. Coir mats are completely biodegradable and compostable. For optimal results, the manufacturer suggests using this doormat in a sheltered area, such as a covered porch, and keeping exposure to extreme moisture and sunlight to a minimum. If the doormats are excessively exposed to the elements, some color transfer may occur onto natural stone, concrete, or other surfaces and stenciled designs may eventually fade. The texture of the fibers is normal and adds a special character to each individual doormat. During the first few weeks, it is normal for the coir doormat to shed fibers.

Not bad looking but it sheds a lot. Jeannette Le. Hayward, CA. Tue Jan 04 2022

Personalize your front porch or entryway with this clean-lined and rectangular doormat. We love that you can choose whichever capital letter you want to place in the center, with matching thick border lines to round out the design. A vinyl non-slip backing helps this mat stay in place. To clean off dust and dirt, simply sweep or vacuum.
